 All appointments with the specialist require a referral from your GP. Ask reception when you book your appointment if you are unsure.

All medicare rebates are processed through online claiming. Please note that all accounts need to be paid in full on the date of the appointment. If you do not carry a valid referral then you will not be eligible for Medicare rebates.

All Tele-health appointments are privately billed and will have out of pocket costs involved.

 All appointments must be paid in full on the day. We accept cash, cheque and credit cards (not American Express). Unfortunately, clients with unpaid accounts can not  be rebooked until payment has been made. 

 We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments, so please provide as much notice as possible. This allows us to fill your spot from our wait list. Please note there is a 100$ cancellation fee if you cancel the appointment on the day of your appointment,
